The room was quiet, and the bathroom was nice and clean. I really appreciated the orthopedic mattress and hypoallergenic pillows; the bed was lovely. the location is excellent-it's conveniently close to the airport, the town of Heredia, a restaurant, and a store. 😄.

Wide varieties of local food at breakfast. Spacious rooms, with a lot of space. Affable personnel and nice and great location in a residence area.

Easy base for 2 nights. Breakfast with a juice and rice, as for instance. Magnificent spot just next door to many attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. Also, so close to the Airport.

We enjoyed a room with a bathtub and a lovely view of the garden, and this hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop for easy travel.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel for 1 day, had fine experience, liked its COMFORTABLE location not far from a restaurant and a store, a landmark that the bus drivers know and the Tobias Bolanos airport.

Spacious room, well-furnished with wardrobe. Refreshing, large pool surrounded by beautiful plants. Easy access from the airport via the Los Arcos bus stop. Convenient location with market, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

the location was very convenient, as it was very close to the bus stop for onward travel and not far from the airport. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the beautiful garden and pool terrace area. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh tropical fruit, toast, eggs, and potatoes. it was a fantastic stay.

the lady who greeted us was a bit too suspicious and inquired about smoking, even though we hadn't smoked on the property.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the convention center. The breakfast offered was very good and the courtyard was beautiful. The owners were super sweet and helpful, giving me a taste of the local life in Costa Rica. Despite some noise from the highway and slightly uncomfortable beds, I would overall recommend this hotel for someone looking for a more genuine experience in San Jose.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, and a market. . the staff was attentive and responsive to any questions or needs during my stay. the pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

The rooms were outdated and had a strong smell of mold. Despite being moved to different rooms, the smell persisted, causing discomfort.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. We loved the location in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, a coffee shop, and a market within walking distance. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, only a short taxi ride away. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area with comfortable chairs and beautiful greenery. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our needs. We were impressed by the fresh, different daily breakfast.
